Lawyer Vadim Prokhorov: “To be included in the list of foreign agents is a serious misfortune and big problems. I would like to draw attention to a foreign source – Ukraine. Not Ireland, not Argentina, not Antarctica, but Ukraine. I would like to know the rationale for this choice.
Respondent from the Ministry of Justice: the inclusion of Ilya Yashin in the list of “foreign agents” is connected with his point of view on the war: – “he distorts the goals of the SVO. In short, the justification served to protect the national interests of Russia.”
Recall that in parallel, Yashin is being tried for “fakes about the army.”
