The court declared illegal the seal “Prone to betrayal, lies and deceit” in the military ID of a paratrooper who refused to fight in Ukraine

The 2nd Western District Military Court satisfied the claim of the former Ryazan paratrooper Zakhar Kukareko on setting the seal "Prone to betrayal, lies and deceit" on a military ID. This is reported in his Telegram channel Pavel Chikov.

The court recognized the actions of the command of military unit 41450 as illegal and ordered the military commissariat at the place of residence of the plaintiff to issue a new document.

The case was initially considered in the Ryazan Garrison Military Court, writes Chikov, but due to the presence of information constituting a state secret in the case file, it was transferred for consideration in the first instance to the 2nd Western District Military Court. For refusing to participate in hostilities, Zakhar Kukareko was dismissed from service.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, military cards of refuseniks have been affixed with insulting inscriptions and seals, but Chikov writes that this practice has ceased in the summer.
