According to Russian law, the inclusion in the register of ARI obliges the owner of a site to collect, store and provide the FSB with all information about users, as well as their correspondence.
The hh.ru website collects a wide range of information about job seekers and employers. According to SimilarWeb, HeadHunter is the world's third most popular job and employee search portal. The service operates in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Its clients are over 515 thousand companies.
