More than 480 cubic meters of firewood will be transferred from Ukrzaliznytsia to Kharkiv OVA for further distribution to the residents of the region. 600 mobile metal furnaces were transferred to the Donetsk region. Where there is no central heating now, they will become the main heating.”
Shmygal noted that in terms of the priority of turning on the power supply, critical infrastructure and hospitals are in the first place. On the second – enterprises and facilities of the military-industrial complex, on the third – a business that produces goods and products that are critical for the country, on the fourth – the residential sector.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Enin previously reported that private or apartment buildings received the most damage among civilian objects, only 3% of recorded shellings fell on military objects.
