On the night of December 13, explosions occurred in the city of Klintsy and the village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region, media reports citing eyewitnesses.
“The causes of the explosions in Klintsy and Klimovo, apparently, are different. The fire in the urban-type settlement of Klimovo started before the explosions that woke up the locals, possibly a domestic fire. In the city of Klintsy, eyewitnesses report shelling from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a strong blast wave, ”the Novosti Bryansk channel clarifies.
Klintsy is located about 60 km from the border with the Chernihiv region of Ukraine.
