“Mayor” of Donetsk reported “the most massive blow since 2014”

The post-occupation Russian-appointed “mayor” of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that at 7:00 a.m. on December 15, the city center suffered “the most massive strike since 2014.”
