Putin threatened the occupied regions with “all-Russian living standards”

Russian President Vladimir Putin promised that in the occupied Ukrainian territories – in the Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, as well as the "DPR" and "LPR" – the quality of life by 2030 will reach the "all-Russian level." In the meantime, he has been promising Russians resettlement from the slums for 15 years.

“We will definitely achieve our goal. And in the future, on all key issues for people – in the economy, in the social sphere, in the field of management – these regions will become one with the country. We have already gone this way with Crimea and Sevastopol and we know what needs to be done, ”he said at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

At the meeting, he also assured that Russia, under "unprecedented sanctions pressure," manages to prosper. Thus, after the surge in May, the price level “virtually did not change”, the incomes of Russians with minimal earnings are increasing, and the poverty level is decreasing.

Poverty United Russia, by the way, promised to win back in 2003, and in November Putin himself once again repeated his demand "to evict people from the slums", which has already turned into a meme. After all, he talks about the shameful life of Russians in the slums since 2007.
