The examination found no injuries to the police officer in the case of Zarema Musayeva, who claimed that she had scratched his face

The examination found no injuries to Magomed Abdulkhamidov, the police officer in the case of Zarema Musayeva. This is reported by the magazine "DOSH".

Abdulkhamidov claims that Musaeva, the wife of former Chechen Supreme Court judge Saydi Yangulbaev, scratched his face while she was being driven to Grozny. The woman is accused of violence against a representative of the authorities, dangerous to life and health (part 2 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to Dosh, the Committee Against Torture asked the court to attach the expert opinion to the case file, but the prosecutor opposed it. As a result, the court adjourned the hearing until the appearance of the policeman.

Musayeva's case began on January 20, 2022, when Chechen security forces broke into her and her husband's apartment in Nizhny Novgorod. They were unable to kidnap Yangulbaev, since at that time the judicial immunity status, however, they took Musaeva away. The reason for the kidnapping was that she was allegedly a witness in a fraud case in Grozny. During the detention, Musayeva lost consciousness, and the security forces dragged her along the ground to the car. Since January, she has been in a pre-trial detention center in Grozny.

Musaeva's son, Ibragim Yangulbaev, was able to identify the security officials who took part in her abduction. “With the help of Hristo Grozev, we learned the data of some Kadyrov's mankurts who kidnapped my mother Zarema Musaeva. 1 – Adam Anesovich Madigov, 2 – Rokhan Machigov (Zaur Atabaev), 3 – Iskhak Alievich Chalaev, 4 – Imran Anzorovich Kutrashev," he said.
