A Muscovite shoots workers at a construction site from an apartment window. The police can’t detain him for a month because he “doesn’t open the door” – Mash

Workers building a house in the Mozhaisk district of Moscow are regularly shot with airguns from a house across the street, writes Mash. The police cannot detain the shooter, explaining that he does not open the door of the apartment.

According to Mash, he lives in a house on Gorbunova Street, in an apartment on the 4th floor. The last time, when he started shooting with an air rifle, he hit one of the workers right under the eye.

A month ago, the police came to the shooter, but no one opened the apartment door, and the police left. According to Mash, today the situation repeated itself: the policemen who arrived at the address did not manage to get into the apartment.

A few years ago, the police repeatedly opened the doors to the office of the Anti-Corruption Foundation by a Bulgarian; in 2019, a grinder broke the door of FBK employee Ruslan Shaveddinov; in 2022, a grinder broke the door to the apartment of the administrator of the public “Police Ombudsman”.
