Alexei Navalny said that a prisoner was placed in the opposite cell, who yells all day long. At first, the oppositionist thought that the prisoner was arguing with the jailer, but then he realized that there was no guard in the corridor and the man was talking to himself. According to Navalny (his post appeared on social networks on December 22), the man swears at "imaginary women", trying to "drive" them out of the cell. One of them he called the "night muskrat".
To the overseer's remarks that he should behave more quietly, he replies: "I'm sorry, boss, I'm sick."
Navalny notes that this man needs to be treated, and not kept in a punishment cell. “All this, by the way, once again shows well the stupidity and malice of the prison system and medicine. The person is clearly ill, what is the point of punishing him for this and keeping him in the ShIZO? He needs to be treated, because something is clearly going to happen at such a pace, ”the oppositionist wrote on his social networks.
While in custody, Navalny regularly ends up in a ShIZO cell for far-fetched reasons. So, for example, he was recently sent there because of the word “fuck” in a conversation with a cellmate, and before that, because he violated the uniform and did not wear a jacket.
On December 20, Aleksey Navalny reported that a man with serious hygiene problems was once again placed in his ShIZO cell.
“They came up with their own “and let’s throw him an unwashed convict” and approved this with the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service, General Gostev, in Moscow. I was told that he personally coordinates these pieces and requires new ones in order to report to higher authorities.
