Christmas trees for the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber are bought in “unfriendly” Poland

For the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber, Christmas trees are purchased in Poland, which is included in the list of unfriendly countries by Russia. The corresponding contract on the public procurement portal was discovered by the Polygon Media online publication.

According to the document , the Office for the Maintenance of Buildings of the Federal Assembly spent 218,000 rubles on the purchase of 6 Nordmann firs with a "dense and symmetrical" crown 2.3 to 4.5 meters high. The documentation indicates the supplier country – Poland.

The trees will be delivered to two addresses – 26 Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street and 2 Zubovskaya Street, where the Federation Council and the Accounts Chamber are located.

In March, the government of the Russian Federation approved a list of states and territories unfriendly to Russia, which, according to the Russian authorities, are committing "unfriendly actions" against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals. It includes 49 states, including Poland.
