In the Syktyvkar military registration and enlistment office, a 20-year-old conscript opened his veins. Local media, which write that he "got hurt", publish a comment from the authorities: according to the Ministry of Health of the Komi Republic, which confirms the incident, the guy is in the republican psychiatric hospital. The PROCity portal reports that before cutting his hands, he came to the military registration and enlistment office with his mother “as part of the autumn draft”.
The Ministry of Health told the 7×7 publication that the conscript was trying to “blackmail” in this way. What exactly was the blackmail, they did not explain. According to eyewitnesses, the young man lost a lot of blood.
On December 6, it was reported about the death of a mobilized man in the center of the Ministry of Defense in the Sverdlovsk region. This is the fifth death of a mobilized person in the region. State Duma deputy Maxim Ivanov commented on another death succinctly: "He died and died." In other cases, the deaths of those mobilized were explained by a drug overdose (the father of the deceased stated that his son did not use substances), as well as cirrhosis of the liver and a detached blood clot. Another one committed suicide.
