Fake Kremlin media: Ukrainian nationalists shot a gypsy family in Makiivka

In the Kremlin propaganda media, a message is spreading about the crime of “Ukrainian nationalists” in the Russian-occupied Makeyevka, Donetsk region, who killed a Roma family living there. "Izvestia" in the article "Ukrainian nationalists shot a family of eight people in Makeevka DPR" writes :

“Nationalists of Ukraine shot a family of eight people, including three children, in Makiivka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on Tuesday, December 27, in the city administration.

As specified, the incident occurred in the Chernogvardeisky district of the city. The youngest of the dead is a one-year-old child. The rest of the children were seven and nine years old.

“A family of eight people died, they were shot. Presumably from automatic weapons. Three children were among the dead,” the TASS administration in Makeyevka said.

But TASS reports a slightly different version of the crime in Makeyevka:

“Four children died in Makiivka on December 26 as a result of a shooting, the youngest was one year old, head of the city administration Vladislav Klyucharov told TASS on Tuesday. According to him, the purpose of the murder of the family was robbery.

“The Siren interception plan has been announced. It was pure robbery, they fled in the car of the family, which they shot. There, four children — one year old, ten years old and two fourteen [years old] — died,” he said.

The head of the city specified that the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.”

Later, Moskovsky Komsomolets reported that the security forces of the so-called DPR detained suspects – previously convicted residents of Makeyevka. The detainees admitted that their goals were purely selfish. They stole a Skoda Superb car belonging to the deceased family and stole a game console, but for unknown reasons they did not take gold jewelry from the house. An AK-74 assault rifle, three magazines and cartridges were found in the suspects' apartment.

An adviser to the legitimate mayor of Mariupol, who held office before the Russian occupation, Piotr Andryushchenko doubts the guilt of the detainees: he found evidence of local residents in public sources claiming that the killers were in Russian military uniforms. Therefore, a version arose that in reality the crime was committed by former prisoners recruited by the Wagner PMC, but this is just an assumption. But no one is talking about the involvement of Ukrainian nationalists, except for individual propaganda media.
