In Sochi, a 71-year-old activist was hospitalized with a heart attack after an investigator forced him to go for interrogation

In Sochi, 71-year-old activist Vladimir Atamanchuk was hospitalized with a heart attack as a result of pressure from the investigator. This is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".

At the end of October, Atamanchuk was charged with “discrediting” the Russian army. On December 26, he said that the investigator almost daily requires him to come for interrogations a hundred kilometers from his place of residence. On December 22, Atamanchuk was handed five summonses at once with the dates of appearance. According to the activist, investigators each time convince him to confess and write a confession.

The dates for which Atamanchuk was handed the summons are December 23, 24, 26, 27 and 28. He told the "Caucasian Knot" that he arrived for interrogation on the 23rd and 24th, but on the 26th he became ill. The man went to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with serious violations of the musculoskeletal system. He was discharged from the hospital and advised to stay in bed. Despite this, the investigator again convinced him to appear for questioning. According to Atamanchuk, the investigator also called his attending physician. He intimidated the doctor, as a result of which he was forced to write that Atamanchuk was on sick leave, but he could participate in investigative actions.

Atamanchuk went to the Department of Internal Affairs, but he became ill in the train. He was helped to get to the police department, where, as a result, the pensioner had to call an ambulance. He was taken to hospital No. 5, where he is at the time of writing the news. The investigator also called Atamanchuk's neighbor and said that he had put the pensioner on the wanted list for failing to appear at the police department.
