A horse crashed into a crowd on Palace Square in St. Petersburg, injuring two children and one adult. Eyewitnesses filmed the incident, the video was posted by the Telegram channels Shot and Izvestia .
According to publications with reference to the city administration, an unknown person tried to saddle a horse in a carriage. The animal was frightened, threw off the man and ran into the crowd.
An ambulance arrived at the scene and the man was arrested by the police.
