The first group of prisoners who fought in Ukraine as part of the Wagner PMC were pardoned after their six-month contract ended, PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin said .
According to RIA Novosti, we are talking about a group of former prisoners of about 20 people. Their names and articles on which they were judged are unknown.
“They fulfilled their contract with honor, with dignity, one of the first … The first. They worked in a way that few people work … Society should treat them with the deepest respect, and they should not violate the laws, ”says Prigozhin in the video.
When asked what the ex-prisoners would do now, they said they wanted to “go back” because “continuing work is life.”
At the end of the video, Prigozhin calls on former prisoners, some of whom are sitting in front of him with crutches, to “don’t drink too much,” “don’t use drugs,” “don’t rape women,” and “don’t smoke.”
