Mikhalkov was hospitalized on January 5. The publication reports that during hospitalization, the director had a temperature of 37.1, as well as a low saturation – 94 at a rate of 97. One of the first hospitalizations was reported by the Baza Telegram channel, which immediately reported that Mikhalkov was diagnosed with covid pneumonia. However, Russian propaganda media soon reported that the director had the flu, not the coronavirus. Now he is in the 52nd City Clinical Hospital, in intensive care.
Mikhalkov was vaccinated against the coronavirus in April 2021. The director is an active supporter of theories about the dangers of vaccination, he repeatedly said in his Besogon TV program that people can be microchipped through vaccinations.
