Alexei Navalny, who fell ill in the ShIZO, was never given medicine, his lawyer Vadim Kobzev wrote on Twitter. According to him, the head of the prison hospital examined the oppositionist.
“Today [Ivan] Kolotushkin came to Navalny from Vladimir. This is the head of Tuberculosis Hospital No. 1, located in IK-3, where Alexei was hospitalized during a hunger strike. Came and did an inspection. Medicines have not yet been handed over. Feeling the same as yesterday, ”Kobzev said.
Navalny fell ill with SARS after an infected prisoner was placed in his cell. On January 12, after a wide public outcry and a collective appeal from doctors, he was finally given antibiotics and additional boiling water.
Navalny practically does not leave the ShIZO, on December 31 he was sent there for the 10th time. Each time, far-fetched pretexts become the cause, the last time he was accused of washing his face half an hour earlier than expected. To aggravate the burden of Navalny’s stay in the ShIZO, unusual neighbors are placed with him: first, he lived for a long time with a prisoner who had problems with hygiene, then they placed him with the flu, and in the next cell – a man with a mental disorder who screams during the day and at night.
