The authorities sent the Federal Penitentiary Service a complaint from doctors to the Federal Penitentiary Service about the torture of Navalny

The presidential administration, in response to a letter from doctors who demanded that doctors be allowed to see Alexei Navalny and stop putting him in a punishment cell, said that the document would be sent to the Federal Penitentiary Service. That is, to the same department, the work of which the authors of the letter complained about.

Here is the verbatim answer of the presidential administration (available to The Insider):

“Your appeal addressed to the President of the Russian Federation has been received in the form of an electronic document and registered under the number 27-176. Due to the fact that your application does not contain information about the consideration of the issues raised in the application by the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments, whose competence includes the decision, in order to ensure that you receive an answer on the merits of the questions raised by you, your appeal was sent to the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments.

Alexei Navalny fell ill with SARS due to an infected prisoner being placed in his cell. After a public outcry and a collective appeal from doctors, Navalny was finally given antibiotics and additional boiling water. Today he was examined by the head of the tuberculosis hospital.

Navalny practically does not leave the ShIZO, on December 31 he was sent there for the 10th time. The last time he was accused of having washed his face half an hour before he was supposed to.
