According to preliminary data, 10 people, including two children, were injured due to a rocket hitting a multi-storey building in the Dnieper. According to the head of the regional administration Valentin Reznichenko, three victims are in serious condition.

One entrance of the house was completely destroyed. Earlier, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko said that people remained under the rubble of the house, rescuers were working on the spot.

"These are forced measures related to another Russian missile attack – in order to protect energy facilities from possible serious damage, their work should be suspended," Yanushevich said.
