In the city of Azov, Rostov Region, the authorities gave a gift to disabled children. On the presidential grant that was allocated to them by Moscow, local officials erected banners for the dead "heroes-compatriots in the NVO zone." This was announced by the head of the administration of Azov Vladimir Rashchupkin.

He said that the banners were installed by the Azov City Public Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Disabled Children "The Future of Children" as part of the "Defender's Family" project of the presidential grant.
