Moldovan border guards found fragments of a rocket near the settlement of Larga on the border with Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic reported .

“A border police patrol this afternoon discovered the remains of a rocket fired as a result of Russian airstrikes in Ukraine near the Larga border sector (Brichany district)," the report says. This is the third time that rocket fragments have been falling on the territory of Moldova after the shelling of Ukraine.

In the north, Moldova borders on the Chernivtsi and Vinnitsa regions of Ukraine.
