The Russian Ministry of Defense, in its daily report on the progress of the so-called “special military operation on the territory of Ukraine,” spoke about a missile attack, during which one of the missiles hit a residential multi-storey building in the Dnieper.
The ministry said that during a massive strike on January 14, Russian troops hit Ukraine's military command and control system and associated energy facilities.
“All designated targets have been hit. The goal of the strike has been achieved, ”said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov.
According to the Ukrainian side, energy facilities were damaged in six regions of Ukraine due to a massive strike. As a result of a rocket attack on a residential building in the Dnieper, 23 people were killed. This was reported in the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council. Another 72 were injured, more than 40 of them were hospitalized, three are in serious condition.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the strike on the Dnieper with the words "The world must stop this evil."
The Russian state media RIA Novosti and TASS did not publish any news that the Russian Federation had hit a residential building in Dnipro with a rocket, there is not a single material about what happened, even just a mention of the destruction of part of the house.
