Among the detainees there is a woman who came to the monument with a dog. According to SOTA , the woman was just walking. "OVD-Info" reports that she came to lay flowers. The security forces forced her into the car, and left the dog on the street.
According to an eyewitness, the police were called by activists of the pro-Kremlin movement SERB, who had previously arrived at the spontaneous memorial.
