Blogger Nekoglai (real name Nikolai Lebedev), who was beaten and tortured while being detained in Moscow, said during a stream that he would buy ten drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a total of $100,000. He added that he wants to personally hand over weapons to the Ukrainian army. In addition, he promised to "fight the Russian regime."
In November, Russian security forces beat the blogger, shaved his head and deported him from Russia for a video where he parodied a Russian soldier throwing grenades away from himself.
Nekoglai spoke about torture in the police department: the security forces stripped him, beat him, forced him to sit on a bottle with his anus, pulled out his hair with his hands and shaved his head.
Nekoglai was detained in Moscow on November 9, before that he published a video with a parody of a Russian military man who was thrown with grenades from a drone in a trench. It turned out that the tiktoker is a citizen of Moldova who does not have a Russian passport, he was detained until his identity was clarified. After the arrest, the pro-Kremlin media published a video with the blogger's apology, in which he shaved his head. The head of the Safe Internet League, Yekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to Nekoglay's video the day before his arrest. She stated that the blogger mocks the feat of a soldier who “heroically twice fought off an attack by a drone with grenades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” She promised to appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in connection with signs of "discrediting" the army.
