The list includes Elizaveta Gyrdymova (singer Monetochka), founder of the human rights project Gulagu.net Vladimir Osechkin, blogger Anton Ustimov (conversational genre project), head of the Khase public movement from Karachay-Cherkessia Ibragim Yaganov, Krasnodar blogger Vadim Kharchenko, deputy of the Moscow City Duma Daria Besedina and the T9 NSK project for transgender people and their loved ones.

Earlier, Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project, asked the Prosecutor General's Office to recognize the singer Monetochka as a "foreign agent" and to check her activities for discrediting the Russian army. The reason for contacting the department was the singer’s December concert in Lithuania, during which she went out to the audience with a white and blue flag in her hands and shouted “Glory to Ukraine”, “Russia will be free” and “Long live Belarus”.
