Blogger Nekoglay, who promised to buy drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, filed a libel case

In relation to the Tiktoker Nekoglaya, who was deported from Moscow to his homeland in Moldova in November, a criminal case of defamation was opened. The victim is the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, as she spoke about in her Telegram channel.

“In connection with the spread of outright lies and slander about my activities and the work of the Safe Internet League, as well as the subsequent death threats against me, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow opened a criminal case against blogger Nikolai Lebedev under article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Slander”, Mizulina said.

According to her, she has already been summoned for questioning in this case.

Nekoglaya (Nikolai Lebedev) was detained in Moscow on November 9 and charged with violating immigration laws. The court fined the blogger and ordered him to be deported. After spending about two weeks in the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens, Necoglai left for Moldova. Shortly before the arrest, Yekaterina Mizulina denounced the blogger because of a TikTok video where he parodied a Russian soldier in a trench.

Once in safety, Nekoglai posted a video in which he said that after his arrest, the security forces tortured and humiliated him. According to the blogger, he was beaten, stripped naked, forced to sit on a bottle, his hair was pulled out and his head was shaved.

Later, Nekoglai promised that he would buy drones for the Ukrainian army and fight the Russian regime.
