The Sergiev Posad City Court of the Moscow Region sentenced Kurier trade union leader Kirill Ukraintsev to one year and four months. imprisonment in a colony-settlement. But he was released in the courtroom, due to the fact that he served time in a pre-trial detention center (a day in a pre-trial detention center is counted as 2 days in a colony-settlement). This was reported by the head of the "Agora" Pavel Chikov.

Ukraintsev was accused under the so-called "Dadinskaya" article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a public event) because of four posts about protests.
