Vladimir Bulavin dismissed as head of the Federal Customs Service

Vladimir Bulavin has been relieved of his post as head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation reports .

It is reported that Bulavin was released in connection with the achievement of 70 years. In 2006, Bulavin was appointed deputy director of the FSB of Russia – head of the apparatus of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee. Since 2008 – First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

His former deputy Ruslan Davydov has been appointed interim head of the department.
