Russian occupation administration to confiscate abandoned housing in Kherson region – General Staff of Ukraine

Russian servicemen seize empty housing in the settlements of Brilyovka and Novokievka in the Kherson region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in a report dated February 12.

“Servicemen of the Russian occupation troops are actively going from house to house and checking the presence of residence permits and documents on the ownership of housing. Abandoned houses are sealed with notices stating that the premises have become the property of the so-called occupational 'local administration'," the General Staff said in a statement.

The report also says that Russian forces continue their offensive in the Kupyansky, Limansky, Bakhmutsky, Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky directions. Over the past day, 12 missile strikes were carried out on the territory of Ukraine, three of them hit the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv. Six attacks were also recorded using Iranian Shahed-136 drones.

In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian army shelled more than 10 settlements, including Bakhmut and Krasnaya Gora.
