President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Deputy Head of the National Guard Ruslan Dzyuba from his post. The corresponding decree of February 11 was published on the website of the President's Office.
As NV.ua notes , since 2005 Dzyuba headed the financial and economic department of the Main Directorate of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After the department was transformed into the National Guard, he took a similar position there. Dzyuba was responsible for rear services and logistics.
By another decree, Zelensky appointed Interior Minister Igor Klymenko to the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) and approved the membership of SBU head Vasily Malyuk. Both security officials were appointed to their positions on February 7. Klymenko replaced Denis Monastyrsky, who died in a plane crash in Brovary, and Malyuk replaced Ivan Bakanov, who was fired by Zelensky.
In late January-early February, there were significant reshuffles in the leadership of Ukraine. Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov left his post and was replaced by intelligence chief Kirill Budanov. Four deputy ministers and five heads of regional military administrations (OVA) were dismissed.
