The data disappeared from the site no earlier than September 2022. Currently, documents cannot be found either through the search bar or through a direct link.
According to the director of Transparency International – Russia, Ilya Shumanov, the costs of ensuring the activities of the president can be classified in accordance with the amendments to the law "On the contract system." The decision on whether to classify purchases or not is made by the institution itself.
