DJ Sergei Vasiliev, who played the song "From the Pine" by Ukrainian performers Potap and Nastya Kamensky in a cafe during Vladimir Putin's New Year's address, was fined 40,000 rubles. The decision was made by the Novomoskovsky District Court of the Tula Region, Mediazona drew attention.
