The economic department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow plans to buy 111 "armored panels" with images of the Archangel Michael, George the Victorious, the icon of the Kazan Mother of God and the texts of prayers. The order data card is posted on the EIS Procurement website, Polygon.Media drew attention to this.
The armored panel is used to protect against a shot. Based on the description in the terms of reference, it is likely that we are talking about side or additional armor plates for body armor. In total, the Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to buy 111 such plates, 37 of each type.
