Russian State Circus bought helmets and body armor for 2.3 million rubles

The Russian State Circus Company (Rosgostsirk) purchased helmets and body armor for 2.3 million rubles, follows from the data on the public procurement portal. Polygon Media drew attention to this.

The exact number of purchased security elements is not specified. It is noted that the equipment must be delivered by the end of March 2023. In the Russian State Circus, when asked by Polygon Media about the purpose of buying vests, they answered that bulletproof vests and helmets are bought for business trips of employees to the territory of the “DPR and LPR”.

Earlier in February, it turned out that the economic department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow wants to buy 111 "armored panels" for protection against shots. At the same time, they should contain images of the Archangel Michael, George the Victorious, the icon of the Kazan Mother of God and the texts of prayers.
