Residents of several regions of the annexed Crimea heard on the radio an appeal from the head of military intelligence of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov. According to RIA Novosti, the appeal was made on the air of the radio stations "Sputnik in Crimea" and "Vera" in Alushta, Belogorsk, Dzhankoy and Sudak.
“The broadcast was promptly interrupted. At the same time, in Simferopol and Sevastopol, the attackers were unable to hack the air, ”said the editors of Sputnik in Crimea.
Judging by the video that appeared on social networks, Budanov's address was preceded by the Ukrainian anthem. “Ukraine is returning all the occupied territories. Donbass, Crimea and the entire south of Ukraine will return home forever. We will find every traitor, wherever they hide. All of them will be eliminated. To all patriots: the time to act has come. Wait, we are coming to you, ”says a male voice on the recording.
The day before, an air raid signal sounded on the radio stations Energy and Yumor.FM in several Russian regions. In "Gazprom-Media", which owns the station, the incident was explained by a "technical failure." The government of the Belgorod region said that the broadcast was hacked "presumably from the Ukrainian side" in order to sow panic among residents.
