54 people were detained at anti-war actions in Russia on February 24

At least 54 people were detained in Russia at anti-war rallies on the anniversary of the war with Ukraine. It is reported by "OVD-Info".

People were detained for anti-war pickets, laying flowers, one of the activists was detained for writing in the snow. Most of the detainees in St. Petersburg – 18 people. Another 11 people were detained in Yekaterinburg, seven in Moscow, four each in Nizhny Novgorod and Barnaul.

In total, according to the project, detentions took place in 14 cities.

Most of the detainees were released from the departments. The police issued protocols for disobedience to police officers, for “discrediting” the army, and for violating covid restrictions. Some detainees were released without drawing up protocols.
