The mobilized from Serpukhov recorded a video message in which they told how they were sent without the support of equipment to storm the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with only small arms and shovels, as a result of which they suffered huge losses. The appeal was published by the Telegram channel “The Sower of the Wind”.
“We were thrown to storm the concrete fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, having small arms and shovels with us. This has become a massacre for us! We suffered casualties in killed and wounded. We were not prepared for the assault either physically or psychologically. We were without support and acted as one company,” the mobilized people say in the video.
According to the military, now they are again going to be sent to storm the same fortified area. “We are ordinary workers with a civilian profession. They want to send us again to storm the same area. In the 21st century, people who responded to defend their homeland are sent like cattle to the slaughter,” they say. The mobilized note that they do not refuse to fulfill their duty, but ask for help in disseminating their appeal and bringing the perpetrators to justice.
In December last year, it became known that the command had abandoned other mobilized from Serpukhov in the Luhansk region. They twice came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine: the first time it happened while they were waiting for help from the Ministry of Defense, and the second time, when they were again thrown to the front line. Several people were injured.
