The Gulagu.net project published a video from colony No. 6 in the Vladimir region, where Alexei Navalny is being held. In the video, the head of the OVRSO detachment, the captain of the internal service, V.V. Zelentsov, scolds Navalny for rolling up his sleeves while sewing. For this, he is “forced” to impose a penalty on him. It, in turn, will then become the basis for placing Navalny in a punishment cell.
At the same time, Navalny himself objects, showing that his robe is small, the sleeves themselves are very short. In response, Zelentsov says that everything is in order with the robe.
Due to constant reprimands of this kind, Navalny regularly found himself in a punishment cell, now he has been sent to the EPKT for six months. During the stay in the PKT, a prisoner is entitled to only one parcel and one short visit per six months.
Navalny has serious health problems, in particular with his back. In addition, he was recently infected with SARS by deliberately placing an infected prisoner. In January, more than 600 doctors signed an open letter to Putin demanding that doctors be allowed to see Navalny and stop sending him to the ShIZO.
