In several Russian regions, including Moscow, Dolgoprudny, Voronezh, as well as in the Russian-occupied Crimea, air raid alerts sounded on radio stations and on some TV channels. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia stated that the information is not true and appeared as a result of “hacking the servers”.
In Dolgoprudny, a man sent a video of cable TV being hacked – according to him, an alarm was announced on TNT4. This is reported by the Telegram channel Shot. On the channel "Saturday" the alarm was announced against the background of the heroine from the cartoon "Masha and the Bear", according to residents of Moscow.
A resident of Voronezh shared a video in which the radio station also announced the threat of a missile strike.
On February 23, residents of several regions of the annexed Crimea heard on the radio an appeal from the head of Ukraine's military intelligence, Kirill Budanov. Before that, in some Russian regions, an air raid signal sounded on the radio stations Energy and Yumor.FM, the owner of the Gazprom-Media stations explained everything with a kind of “technical failure”.
