Police detained 53-year-old resident of the city of Efremov (Tula region) Aleksey Moskalev, who was accused of "discrediting" the army after the school complained about his daughter's anti-war drawing made by her at the art lesson. It is reported by "Rain" with reference to the municipal deputy Olga Podolskaya.
As the OVD-Info project previously reported , at the art lesson the girl drew Russian and Ukrainian flags, making the inscriptions “No to war” and “Glory to Ukraine”. The next day, the police and guardianship officers came to the school. After that, they came to the family with a search, and a criminal case was opened against Alexei Moskalev under the article on “discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” because of his comments on social networks and fined 32,000 rubles.
At the end of December, they came to Moskalev with a search in the case of repeated “discrediting” of the army – again because of a post on social networks. Moskalev also said that he was beaten during interrogation in the FSB building.
Municipal deputy Olga Podolskaya told Dozhd that the police began looking for Moskalev after he began telling the media the story of his persecution. According to her, he was taken away by car in an unknown direction.
Spektr clarifies that Moskaleva's daughter, Masha, was sent to the Efremov orphanage until a decision is made about the father or a mother is found who lives separately.
