Drone crashed near Moscow was filled with explosives – media

The drone that fell on February 28 near Kolomna was filled with explosives. About this writes "Caution, the news" with reference to sources. According to them, the FSB found on the drone two S-4 explosives weighing 1 kg, as well as 4 RPG charges.

The drone crashed near the village of Gubastovo. A hundred meters from the crash site is the Gazprom compressor station. The UJ-22 AIRBORNE marking of the Ukrainian manufacturer Ukrjet was found on the drone. Its maximum flight range is 800 km, and its height is 50 m. Such a drone, as explained, could cover the distance from Gubastov to the center of Moscow in about 40 minutes. UJ-22 can carry 15-20 kg of cargo on board – 30 F1 grenades or 4 cartridges.

Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, said that "the target was probably a civilian infrastructure facility, which was not damaged in the end." The distance from Gubastov to the Kremlin is about 95 km.

On February 28, Russian regions were subjected to the largest drone attack since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, which affected territories hundreds of kilometers away from the front line. Drones have been seen in the Bryansk and Belgorod regions, which directly border Ukraine, as well as in the Leningrad region and the Krasnodar Territory.
