The Tinkoff Bank mobile app has been removed from the App Store. The service reports that "the object is not available". Tinkoff Investments and other applications of the bank also disappeared from the store.
The official Tinkoff Telegram channel reports that already downloaded applications "will work as usual."
A day earlier, users reported that the Zolotaya Korona money transfer service, which, in particular, was used by Russian emigrants, no longer works with Tinkoff cards.
On February 25, the European Union adopted the tenth package of sanctions against Russia. Among other things, three Russian banks, including Tinkoff, were subject to restrictions.
Previously, the App Store has already removed the applications of Russian banks that fell under Western sanctions. In particular, the mobile applications of Sberbank, VTB, Otkritie, Rosbank, Rosselkhozbank and others disappeared from the store.
