Ukrainian DRG penetrated into Bryansk region and fired at a car, one resident died – governor

A sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) from Ukraine entered the village of Lyubechane, Klimovsky district, Bryansk region, and fired at a car. This was announced by the Governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz in his Telegram channel. The Ukrainian authorities and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not comment on the information.

Bogomaz said that the saboteurs fired at a moving car. As a result, one resident died, a 10-year-old child was injured, he was taken to the hospital.

According to him, the Russian Armed Forces are taking "measures to eliminate" the sabotage group.

Bogomaz also said that as a result of a drone attack, a residential building in the village of Sushany caught fire. The village of Lomakovka in the Starodubsky municipal district was subjected to mortar shelling, no one was injured, households were damaged.

Earlier in The Insider's report on the situation at the front, it was said that the Russian Federation began to launch loitering ammunition (kamikaze drones) from a new base in the Bryansk region, which helps to reduce flight time and complicate the operation of the Ukrainian air defense system. Previously, launches were carried out only from the Krasnodar Territory, the British Ministry of Defense reported, citing its intelligence.

On February 28, a drone with explosives first fell about 100 km from the Kremlin, in the Moscow region, near the village of Gubastovo.
