Putin signed a decree on the introduction of external management at enterprises that disrupt state defense orders during martial law

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which enterprises that disrupt the state defense order will be subject to external management in the event of martial law.

The decree says that in the event of a disruption in supplies during martial law, the company's management organization will be determined on the basis of proposals from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

According to the decree, the activities of the enterprises of the state defense order will be evaluated by a special group under the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation. If the enterprise violates the conditions for the supply of weapons, uniforms or other products needed by the army, the commission initiates the interception of control. She will report this to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which will remove the board of directors, the meeting of shareholders or other executive body of the company from the management of the enterprise. The Ministry of Industry and Trade will determine in the future who will take over the management of the enterprise.

Now martial law has been introduced in the "DPR", "LPR", Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
