Zelensky promised to find those who shot an unarmed Ukrainian soldier in a video that appeared on the Web

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky promised to find the killers of a serviceman who was shot after the phrase "Glory to Ukraine!". The video of the shooting appeared on the Web on March 6. The identity of the person depicted on it has not yet been established, and the authenticity of the video has not been confirmed by independent sources.

“In Ukraine it will always sound: “Glory to Ukraine!” And millions will always answer: “Glory to the heroes!” It will always be like that. Ukraine will not forget the feat of each and every one, whose life forever gave freedom to Ukraine,” Zelensky said in a video message.

Earlier, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, had already commented on the video of the execution, also promising that “there will be retribution for every such war crime.” The Commissioner for Human Rights in Ukraine, Dmitry Lubinets, in turn, said that he sent the video to international partners and fellow ombudsmen from other countries "as confirmation of another Russian war crime." Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin said that the SBU opened a case under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war.

On the frames distributed by Telegram channels, an unarmed man is seen standing in the forest and smoking. The voice-over says "take it off". The man says: “Glory to Ukraine,” and they shoot him.
