An activist of the Civil Alliance of Russia was detained in Karelia. He is suspected of sabotage on the railway

In the city of Sortavala in Karelia, the FSB detained a member of the public movement "Civil Alliance of Russia" Nikita Klyunya. He was taken to the temporary detention facility in Petrozavodsk. This was announced by the chairman of the organization Oleg Filatchev.

According to Filatchev, on the night of March 8, an FSB officer called him and said that Klyunya was suspected of involvement in sabotage on the railway and was previously charged with Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in a terrorist community).

On the website of the Civil Alliance of Russia, Nikita Klyunya is called the head of the Karelian branch. He is 19 years old.

The "Civil Alliance of Russia" is a youth movement, its supporters describe their ideology as "classical liberalism, liberal-conservatism, libertarianism."
