Masha Moskaleva, who is kept in the shelter, is not allowed to communicate with her father and visitors

Masha Moskaleva, a sixth-grader who drew an anti-war drawing, is illegally kept in a shelter. In addition, the girl is not allowed to communicate with visitors and her father, Alexei Moskalev. This was announced by the lawyer from "OVD-Info" Vladimir Bilienko, who represents his interests.

According to him, Masha is not allowed to use the phone, which is why she cannot contact her father. Also, an independent deputy of the city of Efremov, Olga Podolskaya, and a volunteer were not allowed to see her.

The case of Masha and her father began with the fact that the girl drew an anti-war drawing in support of Ukraine at an art lesson. After a denunciation by her teacher, the child and her father were taken several times to the police and the FSB. Masha was sent to the Efremov shelter on March 1, after a search at her place with her father. The man himself was taken to the FSB and accused of “re-discrediting the army” (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The next day he was sent under house arrest, but Masha was never released from the shelter.
