Serviceman who fired at a bus in Pskov received a real sentence

A court in Pskov sentenced a serviceman who fired at a city bus to five and a half years in a penal colony and a fine of 50,000 rubles. According to Pskovskaya Guberniya with reference to the joint press service of the courts of the Pskov region, the man was found guilty under articles on unauthorized leaving the place of service (Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to investigators, the serviceman, without good reason, stopped coming to the unit, and in October, while walking with his acquaintances, he fired three shots from a Makarov pneumatic pistol at a scheduled passenger bus. As a result, windows in the bus were broken, behind which there were passengers. No harm done.

"Mediazona" believes that we are talking about Daniil Sorokin, who was detained in November last year.
