The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, appointed his 20-year-old daughter Khutmat Kadyrova to the post of curator in the republic's healthcare sector. A post about this was published on the Telegram channel of the Chairman of the Government of Chechnya and Kadyrov's son-in-law, Adam Alkhanov (husband of Kadyrov's other daughter, Khadizhat).
He wrote that on behalf of Kadyrov, Khutmat Ramzanovna would now oversee the healthcare system.
“The rehabilitation service under her supervision has reached a qualitatively new level, now the knowledge and experience of Khutmat Kadyrova will contribute to the development of the entire medical industry.”
Prior to that, Khutmat Kadyrova served as deputy head of the secretariat of the head of the republic. Other children of Kadyrov hold leadership positions. For example, 24-year-old Aishat is now the Minister of Culture of Chechnya, 23-year-old Khadizhat, the wife of the head of government Alkhanov, is the head of the Department of Preschool Education of the Grozny City Hall. The 17-year-old son of the head of Chechnya, Akhmat Kadyrov, headed the Chechen branch of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth in 2022.
In addition to the fact that the head of Chechnya has placed his children in highly paid jobs in various departments, he distributes awards to himself. Recently, Kadyrov awarded himself the title of Hero of the Chechen Republic.
